Koholā Brewery. Got a chance to check out Koholā Brewery which is in the old Maui Brewing facility. It is reminiscent of the small garage space breweries back on the mainland, with a fairly large chill/drink area with tables, chairs and benches, games, merchandise, and a small bartop. And just like some places, it is 21+ only (needs a kitchen to welcome families) but is still dog friendly. Ian, a co-founder, was pouring and very friendly and talkative. They have crowler/growler fills, too. Talk Story, Pale Ale 5.1% 42ibu Lokahi, Pilsner 5.5% 35ibu Red Sand, Amber 7% 32ibu Hana Butta Days, Märzen 5.2% 28ibu

Not because I watched some documentary or am trying to lose weight, but because I wanted to believe they may be better than red meat. Fail. Red meat forever. All hail the beef.
